13. What is the process for looking at or touring homes?
We start with a phone interview to get a sense of your needs and priorities. If you decide to look into residential assisted living, we’ll use your information to develop a list of one to three choices.
Next we set up some time to look at the options together. We’ll generally meet at a central location and drive together. If you find a home you want for your loved one, we’ll help coordinate all the pieces of the move to ensure a smooth transition. And we’ll stay in touch to make sure all continues to go well.
14. If your service is free to me, how do you get paid?
Everyone wins. Families can explore an option they may not have known about or considered. Residences have a source of marketing (Loving Decisions) and pay a fee only when someone moves in. There is no fee to be part of our network. In fact, we only retain those homes that meet our high standards of quality.
